I have been a professional makeup artist and hair stylist for ten years. I am from the incredibly cool city of Portland, Oregon. I recently relocated to the mountains outside of Salt Lake City, Utah with my hubs, two (step) kids, our adorable dog Hazel and our three chickens. I enjoy snowboarding and paddle boarding with my family, my husband’s home cooked meals and visiting with my neighborhood horse friends. I continue to work in both PDX and SLC as well as travel worldwide.
Faces have always intrigued me. I haven’t met a face I didn’t appreciate. The expressions, the shapes and structure, the lines, the spots and colors. How the smallest artistic adjustments can enhance or diminish certain features. We all have them and they are all basically the same yet, they are exactly what make us all so different. Oh and hair! Hair is just so fun. Curly, kinky, straight, black, blonde, purple...You name it, I love me some hair. Hair can change the whole vibe. 
In my twenties I made a decision that I wanted to do something I enjoyed and felt passionate about. I started over and went to beauty school. After finishing I began working in bridal, runway and fashion, then quickly moved into working for catalogs, designers, editorials, and so on. Throughout the years my work has taken me on many travels and brought many adventures my way. I have had the honor of practicing my craft on faces from all over our planet… and we are all the same, yet so vastly different. That is beauty.
